The responsibilities of the Senior Counsel will be to support company as senior legal counsel with heavy involvement in all transactional, business development, securities, regulatory, corporate finance and governance matters. The selected individual will report directly to company's EVP and General Counsel, who also serves as Deputy General Counsel/VP of Finance & Development for company. Assist in and lead, when appropriate, the due diligence for and the negotiation and consummation of corporate mergers and acquisitions.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
