Position Summary
Test drivers, loudspeakers, powered subwoofers and amplifiers. Assist with product manufacturing, product development and QC related activities.
Key Relationships
The audio technician reports to the Director of Product Development and Director of Manufacturing. They will be locally supervised by the audio engineer and factory supervisor.
Responsibilities
Interface with other Company functional teams
Product Development
In-house and Overseas Manufacturing
Quality Control
Operations/Supply Chain
Construct, assemble and measure prototype speakers and powered subwoofers
Test drivers, amplifiers, speakers and powered subwoofers
Conduct drop tests
Inspect components and incoming finished product
Conduct product development related experiments
Possess a positive, can-do attitude An eagerness to learn Post secondary education in electronics Experience with soldering, electronic testing, assembly Experience working in a manufacturing environment Basic knowledge of electronic test equipment (e.g. multi-meters, oscilloscope, PC based measurement equipment, etc). Competency and understanding of the English language (verbal and written) Effective interpersonal and communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
