Create and execute marketing messages primarily in the digital environment
Craft and modify a brand that represents TrakRef Management Software
Perform competitive analysis through key word strategy development
Manage the creative output through our company owned and controlled portals
Execute all marketing initiatives in support of sales and business development
What We Are Looking For:
Someone with direct response marketing
Someone with past proven experience inSEOimplementation and social media
Flexibility to quickly change message and focus
Experience/Comfort in a small startup environment
Independent worker that can execute a message from beginning to end
Someone able to travel 10% +/- of their time
Experience in Branding and identity formation & mgmt.
Manage market intelligence
Excellent presenter skills
Deliver & manage on line presentationsProduction and content of advertising, including message development
Production of Webpage design and enhancements
Production and content of printed materials,
Production of creative promotional items,
Coordination of all PR activities with associations and related trade groups and shows.
Point person for the trade and content of advertising, including message development
Support of Webpage development team - design and enhancements
Production and content of printed materials,
Production of creative promotional items,
We have developed a Kick ass, market disrupting technology that empowers consumers to make intelligent decisions by using transparent data and collaborate with their supply teams in other silo's to manage environmental compliance obligations in a secure managed solution, proprietary platform. We are looking for someone with start-up experience and comfort with brick & mortar responsibilities.
Skills Required:
1. Direct response Marketing

3. Solid & Proven analytical experience
4. Social-Media
5.SEOskills Requirements:
6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, English, Journalism, Technical Writing or a related field
7. Knowledge of youth culture, particularly in rural communities
8. Comfortable working on Mac and PC operating systems
9. Competency in Microsoft Office
10. 3-5 years experience
11. Knowledge of AP Style
12. Experience using content management systems for websites, including basicHTML, experience with WordPress preferred
13. Adobe Creative Suite a plus
14. Strong organizational and time management skills
15. Strong writing and editing skills
Some travel will be required for this position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
