Summary:
An HR Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day process management and data management related to hiring and on-boarding, maintaining employee records, ensuring data integrity of systems and applications related to tasks, supporting HR dashboards, and serving as the first point of contact for employees to answer or escalate questions to the appropriate subject matter expert. The coordinator works under the supervision of the HR Business Partner with day-to-day leadership and direction from the HR Generalist.

Responsibilities:
Performs on-boarding/off-boarding tasks to include, but not limited to; processing new hires, changes, and terminations and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinates with recruitment, IT, and credentialing team members to ensure all pre-employment, on-boarding tasks are complete to promote a successful and professional on-boarding experience for the employee.
Handles routine inquiries and guides employees and/or managers seeking HR support to theappropriate self-service portal and/or the HR subject matter expert.
Creates standard reports and ensures data integrity. Examples of reports include, but are not limited to:new hire reports, change reports, turnover reports, census reports, EEO-1 reports, credentialing reports, and various audit reports which support systems data integrity.
Adhere to company policies and processes to ensure compliance (e.g. I-9 Verification, E-Verify, EEO-1 reporting, etc.)
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of HR experience.
Minimum of an high school diploma
Familiarity with local, state and federal employment laws.
Ability to focus on detail and accuracy, to handle personal and confidential and/or legally restricted information securely and confidentially is required.
Ability to establish and maintain trust and confidence with employees and leaders.
Ability to apply critical thinking skills to problems and propose solutions.
Ability to apply analytical skills to understanding root cause and propose solutions.
Possesses and demonstrates excellent customer service, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Proficient at a basic to intermediate level with standard office software to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experienced with web-based programs and software databases in terms of demonstrated experience with data entry and using software/applications for creating reports.
Demonstrated ease in learning new technology and adapting to changing environments.
Comfortable working in an environment that requires flexibility, working autonomously.
Possesses attitude and demonstrated actions supporting self-learning and development with general guidance.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
