Position Description
Position could be in Brentwood, TN or possibly remote.
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for partnering with the business, developing recruitment strategies and meeting recruiting objectives on local and regional basis.
Performance objectives for this position are:
Develop recruitment strategy, present to and influence internal clients on how to execute a process to best meet hiring needs, provide updates, ensure appropriate staffing, adjust strategy to meet changing business priorities.
Build Strong Partnerships with key business and HR leads for each business segment to enable successful execution of key recruitment initiatives.
Partner with the business, HR and client groups to meet recruiting needs in a cost effective manner.
Position requires strong relationships with community partners that support our staffing strategy and drive our diversity initiatives.
Position also requires strong focus on compliance with company and government requirements along with consistent use of metrics that support our ability to understand our current performance and identify priorities and leading indicators.
Keen knowledge of competitive market intelligence as well as industry specific related data to facilitate in direct sourcing efforts.
Assessing and leveraging recruiting technology to ensure that the sourcing strategies for the businesses are well poised for the company's growth.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree
5
years of full lifecycle recruiting
Proven track record of driving recruitment through the use of an effective recruiting strategy, use of online resources as well as networking and competitor sourcing
Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate with all levels of management
Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization
Flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, able to embrace change
Collaborative, comfortable in a client centric environment
Strong client focus, commitment to service and quality
Insurance recruitment experience preferred
