David Evans and Associates is currently seeking Construction Managers/Construction Coordinators who are looking to lead large scale projects. Leaders that can demonstrate Semiconductor and Tool Installation experience are strongly encouraged to join our team. DEA is looking for these individuals to join our onsite project team in several areas across the country

Brentwood, TN
Memphis, TN
Raleigh-Durham, NC
Washington, DC

Responsibilities:
Daily coordination and supervision of Mechanical and Electrical Tool install.
Daily communication with Project Stakeholders.
Communicate all progress tracking through use of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Supervision of all construction activities in order to achieve project objectives up to and including; cost, schedule and quality of project.
Assist all departments to implement on site Safety Programs.
Commissioning of all Leadership.
Travel up to 50% (including local travel)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's Degree
Strong business acumen
Ability to clearly communicate with all levels both in written and verbal form.
8 plus years of Construction Management, Project Management or Design Coordination
Knowledge and use of Cost and Change Management skills, estimating and cost forecasting and Value Engineering
Familiar with time management through CPM methodologies, MS Project and P6 software
Advanced understanding of; Quality Management, Contract Administration, Safety Management and Risk Management
Intermediate to advanced user of the; Microsoft Office, MS Project and/or Primavera P6 and mobile technologies (Ipad, Tablets, etc.)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
