Sr. Solutions Architect Presidio is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to join our team in Tennessee. The Senior Solutions Architect role will act as a strategic pre-sales engineering resource for Enterprise Network solutions to local Named & SLED customers. Success candidates must be thought-leaders in the area of next-generation Enterprise technologies and understand how Presidio can add value through these solutions for our clients. Candidates should have a strong, proven IT background, a passion for solving business problems with technology, and familiarity with the broad range of products and solutions. Much of the time for this position is spent meeting with customers at their locations and working remotely, so the successful candidate will not need to report to an office daily. Key
Responsibilities:
Meet with Presidio's customers, collecting requirements for infrastructure solutions relating to Enterprise Networking solutions. Present and explain technologies to customers, guide them through requirements gathering and formulate a solution consisting of hardware, software, licensing, and engineering services Create detailed solutions designs/architecture and present to customers Create Bill of Materials & Configurations for solutions Work with Account Manager/Sales Team to develop customer relationships and solutions to assist in the sales process Create Customer facing Presentations and perform product demonstrations Build Scope of Services, Task Lists and Professional Service Pricing Collaborate with vendor peers. Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience Strong experience with one or more of the following solutions:
Cisco, Dell, VMware, Palo Alto, AWS and/or Pure Storage 5
years of architecting and implementing complex Networking solutions Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations Preferred
Experience:
Previous presales experience Strong Experience with Cisco (servers & FC switching) AWS and/or Azure experience and certifications Prior experience working for a system integrator or consulting organization Experience migrating an on-premise to on-premise environments or on-premise to any cloud environment.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
