You will work to deepen the relationships with clients as their key contact for personalized banking and advice. You will use product knowledge, expertise, and exceptional customer service skills to help them achieve their financial goals and support the teller line as needed. Key Responsibilities Include


  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.
  • Opening accounts and supporting other bank products and services
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients as well as teammates and business partners.
  • Identify client needs and inform/sell products to clients
  • Researching and pursuing new business opportunities including creating centers of influence.
  • Support teller line as needed
  • Assist / support clients with loan applications
  • Assist with dual control vault responsibilities and audit controls
  • Assist with on the job training of new associates
  • Acts as a financial advisor by educating the customer about financial strategies (e.g. Financial planning, investments, insurance, credit) based on customer profile and financial plan, and matching customer needs with appropriate products and services
  • Builds, expands and maintains a portfolio of targeted high value and high potential clients
  • Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Meeting sales/revenue targets
  • Ensuring client satisfaction
  • Obtain Life and Annuity license with 6 month of hire and Series 6 designation when available
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5
    years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • As part of the employment process for this position, you will have to meet the requirements of a background credit check. This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements.
