Director - Enterprise Program Management Office

The Director of EPMO is responsible for ensuring the successful completion and implementation of key strategic initiatives that the company undertakes through identifying, tracking, managing and resolving project issues/risk in a timely manner.
The Director of EPMO will work closely with the EPMO to ensure that strategic initiatives are met.
In addition, the role is responsible for communicating, preparing and disseminating management reports.
General Responsibilities:
-Tracks progress against metrics for major project initiatives -Leads preparation of executive management reports and meetings involving initiatives that are managed by the EPMO -Manages overall timeline to ensure work is completed on time -Follows up on any major issues/decisions raised during meetings involving initiatives, and as requested by the Executive sponsor -Works closely with the EPMO leaders to ensure that all objectives are met -Should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, good listening and strong financial skills -Champions change -Ability to work well independently as well as a strong team player -Works closely with each executive sponsor of strategic initiatives to ensure timely execution Qualifications Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Education and Special Certifications) -Bachelors degree required -Healthcare knowledge, in particular Hospital operations, preferred -MBA a plus -PMP Certification a plus -7+ years Healthcare experience preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
