Description Resolve computer problems by providing phone & in person assistance to end-users. Technical knowledge in hardware and software as well as troubleshooting and customer contact skills is required. Experience in multiple technologies or environments in providing technical assistance to computer system users via telephone or remote location. Answer questions or resolve computer problems. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. Manage problem resolution and troubleshooting complex problems for end user support for desktop, voice and corporate applications, Analyze and report on specific system applications performance, analyze and document business functions, analyze test and implement the solutions, participate in special projects as required, and performs related duties as assigned or requested. EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or its equivalent is required Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Must have 3-5 years of help desk experience Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have the ability to troubleshoot PC's Must have technical knowledge in hardware and software Windows XP, Windows 7 & Windows 8 experience a plusWork Shift is 10am - 7pm This is a 9 month Contract Position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
