YOUR MISSION
To work closely with our CEO to assist in the smooth operation of the organization. To perform administrative duties as well as handle confidential information daily.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
To act as liason between the CEO and other members of the team
To research and present new business opportunities including, but not limited to, product and market research
To assist with logistical operations including running errands
To maintain calendar for CEO
To coordinate office and home maintenance
To manage written correspondence
To assist with special projects across all departments
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Driven to accomplish assigned tasks and projects as quickly and as efficiently as possible
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively
Superior time management skills
Juggle multiple projects and tasks from hour-to-hour and day-to-day
Self-starter with a growth mentality
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Efficient with technology and MS office
Detail-oriented (even better if you'd describe yourself as detail-obsessed!)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
