Description
Specific Duties:
1. Assist and support Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants and other designated clinicians with enrollment-related activities
2. Complete Medicare and Medicaid enrollment applications on behalf of incoming or existing provider staff, in accordance with state and federal regulations
3. Conduct provider follow-up on all missing, incorrect or non-received credentialing/recredentialing information
4. Conduct carrier follow-up on all outstanding Medicare and Medicare applications
5. Prepare, maintain and distribute reports on all credentialing/licensing-related activities as needed Interact with all related business teams, health plans and providers to respond to requests for provider credentialing information
6. Develop high level communication and other forms as necessary
7. Effectively utilize and maintain department database system and other various credentialing reports
Must have qualifications/
Experience:
1. High school diploma or GED equivalent required
2. At least 3 years hands-on credentialing and/or health plan enrollment experience required
3. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook required
Shift Start/End Time: 7:30am-4:30pm
Dress Code: Business Casual (except when we have visitors, then business dress is required)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
