Key responsibilities include: Serves as Strategic Marketing partner for Regional and Local Community Sales and Operation leaders as needed
Leads and manages on-going performance improvement process to drive marketing effectiveness
Leads strategic marketing reviews including analysis of performance versus defined objectives
Directs statistical and situational analysis related to Sales and Marketing through Marketing Analysts and other home office field support teams

We seek the following principal
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing; Prefer Master's degree in related field
10 years total work experience including at least 3 years of direct involvement in a marketing leadership role for a national company
Prefer direct field marketing leadership experience
