The Assistant Tax Manager will be responsible for the execution of robust tax reporting processes in relation to investments. For the Assistant Tax Manager: B.A./B.S. degree is required Prior public accounting or large private experience is preferred CPA or advanced degree is a plus 4 or more years with a professional advisory firm or corporate tax department with taxation of financial instruments or services and corporate transactions (FAS 109 or AS 740) to determine current and deferred consequences of investments and the application of US GAAP principles to investments.
