Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Brand Manager that will help in the development and execution of the annual marketing plan and be responsible for delivering analytical projects pertaining to market research, competitive analysis, and managing the P&L, as well as creative projects pertaining to social media, PR, and Trade Communications. This is a highly visible role and offers plenty of scope for strategic leadership, creativity, and business impact in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
We are a rapidly evolving, small, and AGILE company; you must be confident and able to hit the ground running. You can come in and see what needs to be done and begin to execute to the strategic plan right away. You have diverse experience and interests and as a true collaborator, you will be able to develop initiatives from concept to completion.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Develop, propose, and execute cost effective strategic marketing plans which achieve the corporate objectives for product sales, market share, and overall contribution.
Develop and manage the consumer marketing budget and forecast and provide regular updates as to how actual performance is lining up with the plans.
Analyze the brand's positioning strengths and vulnerabilities with ongoing recommendations to improve or strengthen it.
Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand.
Develop a strong understanding of our core consumers audiophiles and high net worth individuals
Create and enhance agency and partner relationships.
Provide design & direction and oversee the production of collateral, sales, and promotional material.
Assist the New Product Planning team with product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy for new product introductions to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
Coordinate, execute and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
o Develop customer and consumer insights to refine brand management.
o Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize the impact of competitive activity.
Monitor competitive products and marketing activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
4-5 years of experience in marketing (traditional marketing mix)
Bachelors degree required (MBA preferred)
Must have a solid CPG background
Proven track record in communication development across multiple media channels
Passion for trends, new products, and design

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
