The House: Roommate/s sought for my 4-bedroom house in the beautiful neighborhood of Meadowlake in Brentwood next to Maryland Farms. This house is a 60s ranch style, restored with modern features and has a big yard. Close to the Interstate, the house is a 10-minute walk from Brentwood Place and a 15-minute walk from the business district. There are plenty of stores, shopping and restaurants nearby. The Room: I am renting 2 spacious bedrooms with a shared bath in my home and the rent is $1250 each and includes Utilities for one occupant each. I take care of basic cable, Wi-Fi besides water/gas/electric/garbage. There is also a washer/dryer that can be used. The room will be available with a security deposit of one month's rent. Both rooms come with a closet and are furnished with a bed, dresser and a couple of other pieces of furniture. The Roommate: I am a professional - fairly quiet and busy and keep the communal areas clean. I do not have pets and am a non-smoker and am looking for the same.
